Refund Policy

We ensures 100% customer satisfaction. In case of any duplicate charge due to processing error, failure to fulfill any of your special designing requirements, or not able to complete your design order as per the delivery policy, your complete design order amount will be refunded.
 
Your refund would be processed as per the chart below:
 
All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:
  • If you request a refund within 48 hours, you will receive a 70% refund (less the 10% service and processing fee).
  • If you request a refund between 48-120 hours, you will be eligible for a 40% refund (less the 10% service and processing fee).
  • After 120 hours of your initial script delivery, no refund requests will be entertained; however, because we believe in 100% customer satisfaction, you are encouraged to contact us if you have any concerns.
  • At least 3 revisions must have been made, before a refund.
  • The cancellation was made for reasons unrelated to the company.
  • There will be no refunds after more than 3 revisions or once the script has been finalized, whichever comes first.
  • No refunds will be given on promotional prices.
  • No refund will be issued if the client puts the project on hold and then requests a refund due to no fault of the company.
  • If the primary design concept has been approved, the refund becomes void.
  • The creative brief lacks the necessary information.
  • The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks of projects.
  • Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’, or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
  • After 30 days from the date of purchase, the client will not be eligible for any refunds.
 
All refund requests should be directed to the support team. We reserves the right to approve or deny your request on an individual case-by-case basis based on a violation of your user agreement.
 
How to claim your refund to assure your refund request is approved, please make sure you meet the following requirements:
  • Claim your refund specifying your concern by contacting us
  • We will try to resolve your concern immediately through our revision policy, or we will email you a refund request approval from our refund department.
 
After the refund, your design rights would be obtained by Faran Studio and you would not be able to display any version of the design sent by the company. Let us also specify that:
  • Since the design rights have now been transferred to the company, you agree that you will have no right (direct or indirect) to use any response or other content, work product, or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same.
